How does the workflow look?

The process adapts to each service, but essentially we work as follows:

1. Initial brief: a meeting to understand your business, products/services, goals and other details.
2. Proposal: we present the prototypes, designs or architecture based on the selected service.
3. Development: iterative progress with direct communication and feedback.
4. Final delivery: the project is delivered optimized and ready to use.

For services like Website Development or Online Store, we first work on the visual design in Figma and, once approved, continue with technical development. For Brand Identity, we present graphic proposals, refine the chosen one and deliver the final package.

How do payments work?

Payments are split into multiple installments depending on the service. First choose a plan and you can make the first payment by clicking 'Hire Service' after filling out the form.

Websites and online stores: split into 3 parts:
- 33% to start the project.
- 33% upon design approval.
- 34% at the end of development.

Brand identity: paid in 2 parts:
- 50% to start.
- 50% upon final approval.

The final payment must be made before delivering assets or access: editable files in the case of identity, and access or code for web/store projects.

What information do I need to start a project?

It depends on the service, but in all cases we need to understand your business and goals. Usually we ask for:

- Clear description of the project and its products/services.
- Relevant links of your business and competitor references.
- For Web/Store, any content/material you want to publish (texts, images, products or docs).
- For Brand Identity, it will be necessary to complete our Briefing.

If you don't have everything ready, don't worry: in the kickoff meeting we'll gather what we need to start.

What guarantees do you offer?

Our guarantees vary depending on the service.

Websites and Online Stores: we ensure a minimum score of 90/100 in Google PageSpeed Insights core metrics (Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices and SEO).

Brand Identity: we ensure compliance with the final design, delivering a brand aligned with your needs through exploration and revision rounds.

How long does a service take to complete?

It depends on the project type, but we always work with a clear schedule and weekly follow-ups. As a reference:

Brand Identity: between 1 and 3 weeks.
Website — Core Plan: between 1 and 2 weeks.
Website — Edge Plan: between 3 and 6 weeks.
Online Store — Core Plan: between 2 and 3 weeks.
Online Store — Edge Plan: between 3 and 6 weeks.
Custom Web App: between 1 and 3 months.

We don't offer ongoing technical support, but we do provide initial onboarding for websites and online stores projects. For other services, such as brand identity or custom development, the final work is delivered complete and ready to use.

What if I need changes after delivery?

Once the project has been delivered, any modification or extension can be requested as an additional service. This includes adding new web sections, integrating functions into the online store, or adjustments to brand identity. This way, your project can continue evolving with your business.
